The Zuʔmintéxʷ Wellness Team provides the following individual services to community members for Coldwater, Nooaitch and Shackan. Our Wellness Team supports community members to make healthy choices and to live healthy lifestyles. We utilize a holistic approach which incorporates Indigenous teachings and western philosophies of wellness in the delivery of our wide range of services.
